The Trainee Lawyer works under the supervision of licensed lawyers to gain practical legal experience. The role involves conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, assisting in case management, attending meetings and hearings when required, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft and prepare legal memoranda, contracts, and correspondence.
• Review legal documents and verify their completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in following up on cases and legal transactions with relevant authorities.
• Attend meetings and hearings under the supervision of the responsible lawyer.
• Organize and maintain legal files and records.
• Maintain confidentiality of legal information and documents.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
